Soniqo Cloud Privacy Policy

Soniqo Cloud is the hosted speech API at soniqo.audio/cloud, operated by Soniqo. It is being wound down.

We hold your account (email, the name your identity provider supplies, billing class, and API keys as one-way hashes), the transcripts and results you have not deleted, and billing and request records that carry no audio or transcript content. Audio and text you send are processed and then deleted. Speaker profiles and voice-cloning references are no longer accepted; earlier ones are deleted on request.

This is used to run and bill the service and to meet legal obligations, never for advertising. Audio is processed by GPU providers under our orchestration and stored encrypted; Stripe handles payments; your identity provider sees only the sign-in; a support ticket is mirrored to a private Discord thread without audio or transcripts. Infrastructure is mainly in the United States.

Depending on where you are and the law that applies, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict or object to the use of your personal data, to receive a copy of it, and to complain to a supervisory authority; open a support ticket. Where the GDPR applies we respond within one month, otherwise within 30 days. Material changes are announced 14 days before they take effect.
