Follow-ups

Review the next steps found in your meetings and check their source passages before acting.

The separate workflow editor is no longer part of the main interface. If you followed an older Workflows guide, start with Meetings, Chats or Follow-ups instead.

Review follow-ups

Open Follow-ups to review items found in your recordings. A meeting also shows its follow-ups alongside the summary. Open the source passage to check what was actually said before treating a suggestion as an agreed action.

This feature is experimental. An item can be missed or misread, and a proposed action is not a completed action.

Ask for the result you need

For a one-off analysis, use the chat below a meeting or start in Chats. Ask for decisions, next steps, or a comparison across meetings. To change the saved summary, ask for a revision and review it before applying.

Send a reviewed item

When an item offers a service action, check the destination and complete outgoing content before confirming. Connections are managed in Settings → Action services. See Action services.
