Stenograf

Private memory for conversations
you cannot give to the cloud

Stenograf records your calls and meetings, transcribes them on your computer, and answers questions about them with the passages it quotes. No bot joins the call, and nothing is sent to a transcription service.

A saved meeting in Stenograf's History: a summary sorted into decisions, actions and open questions, each with the time it was said, above the transcript.
How it works

Record, remember, ask

Record

Stenograf hears what your computer plays and what your microphone picks up, as two separate sources. It works with any call app, and with a meeting in the room.

Remember

Transcripts, speakers and summaries stay on your computer. Name a voice once and Stenograf recognises it in later recordings.

Ask

Ask Discover what was decided or who said what. Each answer points to the passages it came from, so you can read them yourself.

What stays on your computer

Your recordings, complete transcripts, Discover questions and answers, citations, speaker names and voice profiles, and calendar contents stay on your computer. Transcript excerpts leave it in one case only — inside a Discover rating you confirm.

Recording other people is your responsibility: tell everyone and get permission before you press Listen. What leaves your computer, and when
